OUR STORY

All day dining is at the heart of the business, and this is by far our biggest
and most exciting challenge.


Early morning coffees to late night drinks. During the day we welcome a beautiful
mix of people through our doors, mums and dads, cyclists, kids, afternoon tea-ers
and swift after-work slurpers oh and those first dates too.


That kind of energy you can't just can't bottle.
That feels special.

FROM RISE TO FALL

Morning


Our menu is a balance of healthy, energy-boosting dishes and a few naughty ones too.


From personal favourites to crowd pleasers, our menu is accessible to all.
Ethical, honest and sourced within a 25m radius.


An evolving seasonal menu from rise to fall.


Noon


The clock strikes 12, and the music turns up a notch, expect a friendly relaxed,
easy-going vibe. Bulging made-to-order sandwiches, some classics and some more
adventurous — you decide. Homemade soups and rustic salads adorn our counter,
eat in or take away, your choice, but we'd love it if you stayed a little longer.


Night


We love this sleepy market town; it's the slower way of life we all prefer. The Less hustle
and bustle. Our evening offer reflects just that.


Small plates, lots of them — curate your dish from a selection of veg, meat and fish
— aperitifs and bar snacks too. A menu designed for sharing, yes we did say share.


To be honest, some are just too good to share! First dates, hanging out with friends,
birthdays and anniversaries — you're all very welcome.


On Fridays and Saturdays we tend to get busy, be quick — reserve the best spot
in the house, be it our window seats or back of house hideaway.

OUR PEOPLE

The most important ingredients. Without these guys, there would
be no Morning Noon Night. In the six years since we opened our first venture
(The Cow&Co Café, Liverpool), we have been honoured to work with chefs,
cleaners, craftsmen, baristas, bartenders and brewers and all from very
different walks of life, all with a few things in common — energy, passion,
craft, graft and dedication.



Warmth and honesty underpin everything we do.

MEET THEM

Husband and wife, Ben and Nicola Holroyd — our founders. Neston residents,
a couple with that relentless energy in everything they do.



They don't like to label themselves as entrepreneurs more adventurers. With a family
of boutique brands including an award-winning design agency, (SB Studio) one of the biggest
craft beer festivals in Europe (The Liverpool Craft Beer Expo) and of course their beloved
Cow&Co Café. They are always present and love being a part of building this new hub
in the town alongside raising their three kids and layabout dog, Claude.
